STEP 1: Login into your account. If you don’t have an account, create one.

STEP 2: Select an eCard from the Landing Page or Product Page. For a better user experience, use Google Chrome browser.

STEP 3: From the Product Page, click ‘CUSTOMIZE/CHECKOUT’ if you are logged in, or ‘LOGIN TO CUSTOMIZE’ to customize your eCard.

STEP 4: Customize your eCard as necessary. You can write three separate greetings on the First Page of your eCard. You can add two messages and a signature on the Second Page. Use fonts, sizes, and colors as you like. Use the ‘AI TEXT’ feature at the bottom of the tool panel to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate greetings and messages for your eCard. Click ‘Preview’ to go to the next step.

STEP 5: Click ‘CHECK OUT NOW’ if you are done with editing. Otherwise, click ‘GO BACK’ to go to the previous page and edit more.

STEP 6: Now your customized eCard is in the ‘Cart’. Once you click ‘PLACE ORDER’, you cannot edit your eCard. Enter payment details and click ‘PLACE ORDER’ to order the customized eCard.

STEP 7: Now your eCard is in your eCard folder of your account. Click on the eCard to schedule and send it to your recipient. Make sure to enter the correct email address of your recipient.

STEP 8: Enter recipient details and schedule your eCard. Gate 40 will send your eCard to the recipient on a scheduled date/time. Make sure to schedule the eCard at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time for timely delivery. If scheduling is successful, you will get the message ‘You have successfully scheduled the eCard delivery!!’.

STEP 9: Once the delivery is made to your eCard recipient, you will receive a confirmation email. You can't reschedule or change the recipient of your eCard after delivery is confirmed.

STEP 10: You can always find your eCards in your ‘eCards’ Folder of your account.
