RETURN AND REFUND POLICY, GATE 40 LLC.
OVERVIEW
This Return and Refund Policy describes how gateforty.com or Gate 40 LLC (the “Site” or “we”) process customer returns and refund payments. Also, the Return and Refund policy explains what items can be returned and how to return purchased items.
SECTION 01: RETURNS
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused or unworn and in its original condition with tags, and in its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please contact us before returning.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@vps96592.inmotionhosting.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SECTION 02: DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective in any way or if you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at sales@vps96592.inmotionhosting.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
SECTION 03: EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Also, Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SECTION 04: EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
SECTION 05: REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
