SECTION 02: SHIPPING TERMS
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless there are any unforeseen high volume of orders or shipping delays that are out of our control. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SECTION 03: LOCAL AND DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES and ESTIMATES
Most of our products will be shipped without any shipping fee to the customers unless otherwise noted specifically. In such cases, shipping cost will be calculated as per standards shipping cost calculation methodologies.
SECTION 04: LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders with an advance notice.
When orders are ready to pick up, we will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
SECTION 05: IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store locations where in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

SECTION 06: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
SECTION 07: SHIPPING STATUS AND TRACKING #
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@vps96592.inmotionhosting.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SECTION 08: SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Currently, we don’t ship to P.O. Boxes or take any responsibility for lost items. Please check our shipping policy or contact us before ordering for addresses containing P.O. Boxes.
